Liz fell in love with wine through her work developing and managing integrated marketing programs for wine and spirits brands, regions and collectives.

While living and working in London and Paris, Paul quickly became a wine enthusiast and began studying at the WSET in London, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and the Bordeaux Wine School.

As a former vice president and head buyer at LCBO, Shari Mogk-Edwards tasted and selected wines and spirits from around the world.

After spending 15+ years as a senior executive in capital markets, corporate communications and corporate strategy with a global technology company, Edel decided in 2013 to leave the corporate world and pursue her dual passions: working with early-stage growth companies and learning about all things wine.

Paul grew up in wine having been born on the island of Madeira, where his family were involved in the production and commercialization of fortified wines with the Madeira Wine Company.

Sean Kozey was elected to the Board of Directors at IWEG in 2016. A technology – meets business requirements – meets function expert by trade, Sean is currently the President of Reason One, a full service digital agency. When he is not working on client projects, Sean can be found developing his passion for wine, developing particularly with regard to his vineyard in Prince Edward County.
