Paul Sturgess

Paul is a financial services executive and management consultant with extensive business experience across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. He is the Chief Revenue Officer in Canada for TransUnion, having previously has held executive roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Manulife Financial, as a management consultant in New York, and a Corporate Finance advisor in London and Paris. Paul holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from McGill University.

While living and working in London and Paris, Paul quickly became a wine enthusiast and began studying at the WSET in London, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and the Bordeaux Wine School. Upon relocating to New York, Paul completed the WSET Diploma program as well as specialist courses in Spanish wine. In recent years he has spent time touring and tasting in Barolo, Bordeaux, Champagne, the Cotes du Rhone, Napa, Priorat, Sonoma, Rioja, and Tuscany.
