I’m Madhu and I work at a liquor store as a customer service representative. I signed up for WSET Level 2 Award in Wines to increase my knowledge of wine and help customers select better wines. I won’t lie, it was hard for me to fit studying in my busy life. I work fulltime and have two kids. But what I did was just put in a half hour everyday after work and went over the course work chapter by chapter. I got so into it that I started running a tasting club with friends and shared my newfound knowledge. It helped me remember more details. Once the course was done, I kept doing mock exams. Practicing for those added to my confidence. And now I’m thrilled to have my certificate, and I can’t wait to sign up for the next course.
