Erin Rooney is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for McCormick Canada, a leading manufacturer of spices, seasoning mixes, condiments and other flavoring products with brands such as French’s, Frank’s Red Hot, McCormick, Club House, Billy Bee and Thai Kitchen. She leads a sales and marketing team of over 50 people and is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the development and execution of McCormick’s go-to-market plans. Erin also leads the recruiting, training and development for her team and is a member of the Executive Management Team where she plays an integral role in the development of overall corporate strategies and initiatives.
Erin has spent most of her career in the consumer packaged goods industry where over the past 25 years, she has held key roles in sales and marketing at Andrew Peller Limited, S.C. Johnson and Colgate Palmolive. She has led key company initiatives in diversity and inclusion, United Way campaigns and other charitable events. She has held several board positions including the Board of Directors for the Scleroderma Society of Ontario as well as the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph’s Lifecare and National Coalition of Care. Erin received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University with honours in marketing.
