Dean Campbell DipWSET was elected Chair of the Board of Directors for IWEG in February 2019.
His career started in the hospitality industry while attending Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont. After being charged with managing his first wine list, his passion for wine and beverages exploded. Dean completed his Sommelier Diploma in 1999 and never stopped learning.
He completed his WSET Diploma in 2004, the Prud’Homme Beer Specialist Certificate in 2008 and the Beverage Alcohol Resource Certification from New York in 2010.
Dean is currently the President and owner of Perigon Beverage Group in Toronto and he loves to teach for IWEG whenever he can.
