Christine Langevin

Christine is a Chartered Director and Chartered Professional Accountant operating a boutique accounting firm in Oakville for the past 20 plus years. In addition, Christine has consulted with CMA Canada and taught financial accounting at Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning for 11 years. She served on several boards such as the Human Resource Professional Association Board of Directors as Audit Chair, the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee, Chair of the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts and recently as founding Director of the Kevin Flynn Mental Health Foundation.

Christine earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. As an undergraduate, Christine took her first wine education course; since then she has explored wineries in France, Germany, Australia, Ontario, and British Columbia.

As a member of IWEG’s Board of Directors, Christine applies her governance knowledge and regulatory and compliance experience to assist Canada’s leading drinks academy deliver the best possible outcomes for its stakeholders.
